UNESCO / Japan Programu ya Ushirikiano wa Watafiti wa 2018 / 2019 kwa Nchi zinazoendelea.

UNESCO iliunda mradi huo "UNESCO / Keizo Obuchi Research Fellowships Mpango" (UNESCO / Japan Young Wafanyakazi 'Mpango wa Ushirika) katika mfumo wa Kijapani Fonds-in-Trust ya Uwezo wa Uwezo wa Rasilimali ambayo ilianzishwa Novemba Novemba na Gouvernement ya Japan ili kuwezesha UNESCO kutoa msukumo wa utafiti katika nne maeneo chini ya maeneo ya Mpango wa Kipaumbele wa UNESCO.

Serikali ya Japan inatoa ushirika wa 10, ili kupewa tuzo kwa wagombea wanaostahili kutoka nchi zinazoendelea, wataelewa maalum kwa wale ambao wangependa kufuata utafiti wao wa utafiti nchini Japan, kwa wanawake, wagombea kutoka LDCs, Afrika na SIDS nchi ambazo zina hamu kufanya utafiti juu ya moja au zaidi ya mada yaliyoorodheshwa hapa chini. Lengo la ushirika ni kusaidia uchunguzi wa ubunifu baada ya kuhitimu katika maeneo manne ya maendeleo ya riba ya UNESCO.

MALANGO YA PROGRAMU

Programu ya Umoja wa Ushirika wa UNESCO / Keizo Obuchi (UNESCO / Japan Young Fellowship Programme) funded under the Japanese Funds-in-Trust for the capacity-building of Human Resources will aim, in particular, to impact on capacity-building and research activities in the following areas: 1. Environment (with particular attention on disaster risk reduction (DRR); 2. Intercultural Dialogue; 3. Information and Communication Technologies; and 4. Peaceful conflict resolution. No other research topics will be considered.

KUSTAHIKI

Waombaji, kiwango cha juu cha WIRI kutoka kwa kila Tume ya Taifa, lazima kufikia vigezo vyafuatayo:

  1. Wagombea walio chini ya Mpango huu wanapaswa kuwa wachunguzi wa baada ya kuhitimu, ambao tayari wanashikilia MA au M.Sc. shahada (au sawa) na wanaotaka kufuata kazi ya utafiti nje ya nchi (hasa katika eneo lao wenyewe) kwa lengo la kuimarisha ujuzi katika mojawapo ya mashamba minne maalum yaliyotajwa katika aya D.1 hapa chini. Hivyo, wale walio katika mchakato wa kukamilisha shahada ya Mwalimu wao wanapaswa kumaliza PRIOR kuchukua ushirika wao.

2. Candidates must be persons of high intellectual promise who may be expected to make significant contributions to their country on return.

3. Candidates must be no more than 40 years of age. Thus, applicants born before 1 January 1978 will not be considered under the Programme.

4. The selected Fellow must carry out the research under the auspices of an academic supervisor in a host institution. Confirmation of acceptance from the academic supervisor is imperative.

5. Priority attention will be given to:

  • * Maombi ya wanawake

6. Candidates must be proficient in reading and writing the language of instruction in the proposed country of study/research

MASHARTO YA KUTUMIA

1. Domains ya utafiti:

  • Mazingira (pamoja na msisitizo fulani juu ya kupunguza hatari ya maafa (DRR);
  • Mazungumzo ya kitamaduni
  • Habari na Mawasiliano Technologies
  • Migogoro ya Amani ya Azimio

2. Muda wa utafiti uliopendekezwa:

  • minimum: 3 months
  • Upeo: Miezi 9

Utaratibu wa Maombi

Maombi yote yanapaswa kuwasilishwa na nyaraka zinazohitajika kwenye Fomu ya Maombi ya UNESCO Fellowship. Kila Jimbo la Mjumbe linaweza kuteua wagombea wawili (2). Ni wajibu wa Tume ya Taifa ya kuchagua wagombea wawili ambao maombi yao wanataka kuwasilisha kwa UNESCO. Maombi yanapaswa kufikia Sehemu ya Ushiriki wa Mpango na Ushirika, UNESCO, 7, Mahali de Fontenoy 75352 Paris 07 SP kabla 30 Novemba 2018 usiku wa manane na nakala ya mapema inaweza kutumwa kwa barua pepe: s.bantchev@unesco.org na l.zas-friz@unesco.org .

Maombi lazima jumuisha vifungo vifuatavyo:

(i) The UNESCO Fellowship application form duly completed in duplicate. Two recent photographs (obligatory) should be included with the form.

(ii) Certified copies of degrees or diplomas (including transcript of grades) in duplicate. Proof of having obtained a Master’s Degree must be included.

(iii) A letter of recommendation from someone familiar with the candidate’s work.

(iv) A host institute’s letter of acceptance (i.e. the institute that has accepted the candidate for work should she/he be selected for a Fellowship). This letter of acceptance must indicate that the host institute confirms its willingness to provide the relevant research facilities required by the candidate in the chosen field of specialization.

  1. Hati ya ustadi wa lugha (juu ya fomu ya UNESCO) imekamilika kwa duplicate kwa lugha ya nchi ya kujifunza (inapaswa kuwa tofauti na lugha ya mama ya mgombea) iliyotolewa na mamlaka rasmi.
